EATON GROUP'S MANUFACTURE PARTNERS
After graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Management, Dave joined Doug Crichton Associates in 1981, became a partner in 1995, and assumed full ownership in 1999. Dave is a 2001 graduate of the CPMR program (Certified Professional Manufacturers Rep). CPMR is a three year accreditation program offered at the ASU business school. Dave has account responsibility for Alaska, Montana, Hawaii, and a few select accounts in Seattle. He also manages most of the relationships with our manufacturers and serves as sales manager for the rep firm.
Cindy is the administrative manager of our company. She started in 1982 and knows every facet of the business. She is a bulldog when it comes to solving issues for our reps and dealers. She knows the fastest way to get the desired results we are looking for from our manufacturers. She also manages sales reports for our factories. Cindy has an associate degree in general business from Portland State University.
Washington Territory Manager
Greg has been in the industry since 1990. He was an installer, managing office moves for Microsoft before he joined the Eaton Group in 1995. Greg’s responsibilities include dealer sales in western and central Washington. He also has A&D responsibilities outside the Puget Sound region. Greg has been an excellent producer for our company and a real go-to guy when we need to solve customer issues. Greg holds a degree in political science from St. Martins College in Olympia.
Seattle Territory Manager
Vicki joined Allsteel in Los Angeles after graduating from Arizona State in 1981. She moved to Seattle in the late 80’s to sell Herman Miller for BINW. She then became the Sales Manager at Barclay Dean (Steelcase), and joined the Eaton group in July of 2004.
Vicki’s account responsibilities include A&D firms and the Aligned Contract furniture dealers in the Seattle Metro area. Vicki’s relationships are at the highest level in both the dealerships and the A&D firms. She is a true hunter and relationship builder.
Kimberlee graduated from Kendall School of Design in Grand Rapids and was a designer at Herman Miller and Haworth dealerships before joining our company in 2003. Kimberlee helps our clients with design and drawing needs and also manages our Seattle Showroom. She has a very creative mind and helps with special touches in our efforts to serve the design community. She keeps our showroom looking great and has become a valuable asset for our customers.
Oregon Territory Manager
The newest member of our team, Kevin Posch joined the Eaton Group in February 2016. Kevin spent 13 years working for an ergonomic seating manufacture based in the Northwest. He acted as the Sales and Marketing Director and focused on increasing national market share with great success. He has lived and worked in the Portland area his entire life and knows the local market well. Kevin studied Business Management at Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR.
Diane joined the Eaton Group in July 2020. For the past 21 years she worked for a craft company in Vancouver, Washington where she started as a Graphic Designer/Catalog Production Manager. As the company went through changes, she took on additional rolls becoming the Merchandising Manager and responsible for managing all Social Media, the Staff Blog, and a design team of 30 artists across the Untied States and Canada. Diane has lived in Portland all her life and has an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from Mt. Hood Community College.
